1965 Rosette

The 1965 World Series featured the Los Angeles Dodgers against the Minnesota Twins. This marked the first time the Twins were American League champions, but they would lose to the Dodgers in seven games. This is the only known use of a rosette on a World Series pin.

In 1965 the Minnesota Twins won their first American League championship. Beneath this pin hangs a paper pennant and a delicate paper rosette. Paper items are rarely used as danglers because they are fragile.
